ANI KRIKORIAN

Ani started as an Office Manager for an HVAC contractor assisting in all areas of administrative work including data entry, receptionist duties, file organization, research and development commercial and residential HVAC contracts, payroll/ public payroll system, worked with Los Angeles Unified School District, Bonita USD, Torrance, Los Angeles County and Glendale USD . Managed hundreds of accounts receivable/ payable, Scheduled and confirmed appointments for entire management team. Provided support towards CEO and sales team in managing operation workflow and assisted in project estimating. Maintained and prioritized daily tasks and projects including: call logs, appointments, and travel. Ani joined Optimus in 2012 as a Project Manager assistant, she soon gained more responsibilities and now runs all the project close-outs, insurance and coordinates all warranty items. Close-out includes document control for all as-build drawings, warranty forms, invoicing, correspondence and manuals and reports for the project. Ani proactively engages all the subcontractors with each warranty request and follows up to confirm that the work is done.
