DARRYL EMBREY

Darryl has 20 plus years of experience in construction, he has been responsible for overall construction management of retail, educational, commercial, institutional, municipal and government construction projects. He has vast experience in a wide range of vertical, civil, ground-up, multifamily housing, entertainment, marine and both minor and major construction projects in the Chicago, Kansas City and Florida markets. Darryl has experience in analyzing the market demands, feasibility studies, design and engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning. Darryl started off his career as a Project Engineer for Clupepper Construction and Clark Construction, he moved his way up to Project Manager for Webb Construction, Inc. and The Weitz Company . He also worked as a Construction Manager for Kellogg Brown and Root. Project highlights include: La Tijera Apartments Los Angeles 28 Million, Maxfield Building Los Angeles 20 Million, The Historic Mikado Hotel Los Angeles 10 Million, Dune Land Village Apartment Chicago Area -15 Million and Steelyard Baseball Stadium Chicago Area 45 Million.

Darryl is currently the project manager for Fullerton Heights project in Fullerton CA and Courson Arts Colony West in Palmdale, CA. Darryl received Bachelor in Mechanical Engineer from Florida A and M University and Construction Management Degree from Purde University Calumet.
